YOU WILL NEED

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or agave

  • Water (only if needed) for balls to stick together

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove clear bag found inside your pouch and set aside

  1. Add all your wet and dry ingredients (found directly inside your pouch) to a food processor or high powered blender. Start with 3 tablespoons syrup.  Blend until well combined. The mixture should be sufficiently moist to be able to roll into balls.  If your mixture is too dry , add your last tablespoon syrup and blend again. If still too dry then add water 1 tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition until your mix is moist and can easily roll into balls

  1. Empty contents found in clear pouch onto a dish.

  1. Roll your dough mixture into small balls (you will get approximately 12 to 15) and then roll them into your coconut on your plate.

  1. Freeze or refrigerate your energy bites!
