Makes a large bundt pan of pull apart goodness.

YOU WILL NEED: For the Bread 

  • 1 cup milk or water (milk is optimal) 

  • 1/3 cup apple juice or water (apple juice definitely recommended for more apple flavor) 

  • 2 tablespoons soft butter 

 

YOU WILL NEED: For the Apple Filling 

  • 3 apples, peeled cored and diced 

  • 1 tablespoon butter 

 

YOU WILL NEED: ASSEMBLY 

  • ½ cup melted butter 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Remove two clear bags found inside your pouch set aside 

  1. Make Dough: Empty contents of your pouch into a very large mixing bowl and add all your wet ingredients. Using a dough hook attachment or a hand mixer blend until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead dough for 3 minutes until elastic like in texture (dough will be stiff). Place dough in a well buttered bowl, turning to coat all sides of dough. Cover and keep warm for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 

  1. Make Filling : Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add your butter. When butter is melted, add apples and contentof SMALL unlabeled bag (removed in step 1). Sautee apples until they start to caramelize. Do not over-cook them. Remove apples from heat and pour onto a cookie sheet. Spread apples and allow them to cool 

  1. Assembly :   

  1. Empty contents of MEDIUM unlabeled bag (removed in step 1) into a bowl or dish.  Grease a Bundt pan well with butter.  

  1. Roll Dough into a 9 x 13 rectangle and spread your apples over your dough. Fold dough up and mix your apples through (dough will get wet and a little goopy (yes, our technical term for soft and squishy) and that's perfect! This is a bit messy job.  Pinch goopy dough into about 16 to 18 even sized pieces.  

  1. DIP each piece in melted butter and then roll into contents on plate or dish.  

  1. Place each piece inside your bundt pan, stacking them as you goCOVER your bundt with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove from Fridge ONE HOUR before baking (up to 1.5). 

  1. PREHEAT oven 350F and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown and dough is baked through. Rest 5 Minutes and INVERT onto a tray. Optional : drizzle your own icing on top for extra fancy touch
