Oh yes! We've given you ALL of this to make your dinner easy!  Package includes crunchy chicken mix, sweet potato mash mix (or substitute with carrots!) and our garlicky broccoli mix (also easily can substitute for any other favorite vegetable like asparagus or cauliflower).

YOU WILL NEED: CHICKEN 

  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin (about 2 pounds total) 

  • 2 to 3 eggs, large lightly beaten  

  • ¼ cup butter, melted 

 

YOU WILL NEED: SWEET POTATO MASH 

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut (about 3 to 4 medium) 

  • 2 tablespoon butter, soft 

 

YOU WILL NEED: GARLICKY BROCCOLI 

  • 1 to 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen) 

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted 

 

DIRECTIONS: CHICKEN 

  1. Remove 2 clear bags found inside your pouch and set aside 

  1. Lightly beat your eggs and pour into a shallow bowl or dish 

  1. Butterfly or pound your chicken slightly to make it as even thickness as possible.  

  1. Empty contents found inside your clear bag onto a large plate. Dredge your chicken into your egg and then into your almandine chicken dredge. Shake off any excess.  

  1. Coat a large baking tray with your melted butter. Place your chicken onto your tray, leaving enough room in between each piece.  

  1. Preheat oven to 425F 

  1. Bake chicken in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once to allow the top side to brown. Cooking time will vary depending on how thick your chicken is. Your chicken should register 165F (white meat) and 175F (dark meat)  

  1. While your chicken is cooking, prepare your broccoli and mash!  For the Broccoli - Add contents of batg#1 to your butter. Set aside. Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces.  Add broccoli to a bowl and pour butter herb mixture over your broccoli, tossing to coat.  Add your broccoli tray to your preheated oven for the last 15 minutes of your chicken baking process. Flip your broccoli a couple times while roasting.  If your broccoli browns too quickly, add a piece of tinfoil over your broccoli to prevent excess browning or burning. For the Sweet Potato Mash – Add water to a large pot and place your cut and peeled sweet potatoes into your water. BOIL until your sweet potatoes are fork tender and easy to mash. Drain water.  Mash your sweet potatoes with a hand masher or beat using an electric hand mixer on medium speed until it reaches desired consistency. Empty contents of unlabeled bag (starting with half), add your butter and stir together. Taste and add more seasoning mixture as desired to reach taste preferences.  

 

For an unfried variation: Add ¼ cup butter to a jelly roll or sheet pan.  Melt butter inside your oven (preheat to 425F). Once just melted, remove pan from oven. Place chicken onto pan. Flip your chicken half way through baking (it will take 25 to 35 minutes to bake).  Keep warm and serve alongside your mash
