Low carb Thai Lettuce wraps
1 lb ground beef
1 to 2 capfuls kick in your Thai
1 bag vegetables, frozen - corn peas carrots little bits works great
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 to 2 tsp vinegar - I use apple cider
Squeeze of hot sauce if you like a kick
Directions:
Wraps - lettuce leaves, radicchio, pineapple, cucumber and this could be interchanged
Brown beef, add seasoning. Add veggies and other ingredients. Cook on medium low until liquid has disappeared. Taste and add extra kick in your Thai as desired
Remove from heat, scoop into lettuce and add any fresh toppings
