#1 - Pull out a bowl and lay plastic wrap inside the bowl. Use a little olive or vegetable oil and grease the insides of your plastic wra
#2 - Crack an egg in the center of your plastic wrap
#3 - bring the sides of your plastic wrap up over the egg and wrap your egg tightly inside the plastic wrap, securing the ends together by either tying them off or using a small twist tie
#4 - drop your egg wrapped in plastic wrap into a pot of salted boiling water for 2 - 4 minutes. Small eggs will only need 2 minutes, big jumbo eggs will need 4 minutes. If you like a less runny style egg then boil for a little less time
#5 - Remove your poached eggs, unwrap them as they cool and top them onto your plate.
