Our products leave the DYB YUMMY Shops within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Transit time varies from 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are in the country. Most orders are received no later than 15 business days after the order has been placed.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
YUMMY Returns Policy
In the USA
When any Order of $25 or more is placed in any place other than the permanent place of business of your Do You Bake? consultant, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time prior to the fourth business day after the sale and will receive a full refund. This right to cancel must be exercised prior to shipping of your product. If your product has shipped, you are entitled to your refund minus the cost of shipping to you and back to the YUMMY Shop.
When any Order of $50 or more is placed in any place other than the permanent place of business of your Do You Bake? consultant, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 10 days and will receive a full refund.
How to Cancel Your Purchase
To cancel your purchase, please sign and date one copy of your order form and deliver it to your consultant's address prior to the relevant cancellation date. For online purchases, please email your intent to cancel to both your consultant and to the Do You Bake Home Office at : firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order Total, Order Date and Order ID in your email.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Do You Bake? offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to all customers for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with any Do You Bake? product you may, at your own cost, return the product within 30 days of receipt for a replacement, exchange or refund. Products must be in original packaging, unopened and in salable condition. We shall refund your full purchase price of the products, less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of ten percent, within five days of receipt of product.
